ABOUT US

J. George Solutions is a premier union electrical contractor for the Louisville metropolitan area. Our jurisdiction includes (68) counties in Kentucky and (7) counties in southern Indiana.

We have provided electrical contracting and maintenance services to our customers since 1950, as J. George Electric and now as J. George Solutions.

We specialize in building relationships with our partners, providing exceptional customer service with courtesy and trust. Our knowledge and experience provide you with stability, speed and consistency. J. George Solutions’ values ensure honesty and integrity.

WORKFORCE

J. George Solutions maintains a core group of excellent electricians, some of which, have been with J. George Solutions and have worked together for more than 30 years. We hire dependable and reliable journeyman electricians and apprentices through I.B.E.W. L.U. 369, which operates and manages the (5) year apprenticeship (JATC) program. With an unlimited resource of quality trained electricians, we can provide manpower for both large and small projects.

SAFETY

An OSHA certified workforce is proof that J. George Solutions takes safety seriously. All of our journeyman electricians are OSHA certified for the (30) hour training course in construction. Our safety employee handbook follows the NECA safety program outline. Through this we lay out rules for job safety to which our employees must adhere. “Weekly Toolbox Safety” talks are presented to the work crews by the foreman on all jobsites, also the weekly safety talks are sent out to all employees through email or text and are open to discussion and suggestions.
